In 2022 Phoenix Dance Theatre turned 40, to celebrate the company commissioned the original founder David Hamilton along with original company members Donald Edwards and Douglas Thorpe to create a lecture demonstration to mark the historic occasion. Wayne Sables Project was then commissioned to create the visuals or the lecture demonstration and to make a documentary of the process.
