It was an absolute joy and honour to be invited to film and photograph Exceed Learning Partnership’s leadership development day in Doncaster. Spending time with their team, I captured the energy in the room, the passion for social justice, and the genuine commitment to improving life chances for over 5,000 young people across their academies.

My approach is simple: unobtrusive, story‑first filmmaking and photography that let people be themselves while I quietly document the real moments – the conversations, the laughter, the reflections. The result is a suite of visuals Exceed can use across their channels to celebrate their people, share their vision, and bring their professional development work to life long after the day itself.
