Lindsy James is a record-breaking world champion duathlete. She trains pushing a buggy, directs a charity, and when I asked to make a film about her, she told me she wasn't interesting enough.
We agreed on one test shoot. If it didn't work, or we didn't get on, we'd stop.
We didn't stop. The film follows her into her first T100 World Triathlon Championship: a 2km swim, 80km on the bike, 18km run. The bike and the run she can handle. The swim is the problem. She's scared of open water.
